A confirmation of registration/payment will be sent to you after receipt of the
registration fee.
The certificates of attendance will be distributed on site.

Note
Please make payments free of charge for the beneficiary. Any charges for banking
fees or
incorrect remittance of registration fees will be collected on site by the Congress
Office.
Cancellations
Cancellation must be made in writing by registered letter or fax to the Congress
Office. The
date of the postmark will serve as the basis for refunds. Refunds will be processed
after the
meeting.
The policy for refunding registration fees will be as follows:
Written cancellation received
- before April 15, 2006: 50% refund
- on/after April 15, 2006: no refund

Accommodation Procedure :
Seperate accommodation form has to be filled for each room and sent to the Congress
Secretariat accompanied by the proof of payment. Accommodation will be confirmed
after receipt of the fee(s).
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued after the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the
refund.
Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations should be made in writing
to the Congress Secretariat; Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Cancellations received prior to 90 days before arrival 1 night cancellation charge.
Cancellation received between 90 - 45 days prior to arrival 2 night cancellation
charge.
From 01/04/08 - No refund for cancellation
Therefore if you need to cancel your stay please notify the Congress Secretariat
by fax or e-mail before the date of arrival.
For group bookings (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to send their request
